Adding Multiple text pages

Is it possable to add pages of text,to the same page.Pretty much like adding a photo gallerie.
Also I would like to re arange my exhisting pages.I can change the order they are displyed.Add and remove sub pages,but I cant move one sub page,to another page. Thanks for all the help and tips. Gary.
